A finely crafted tea from Bailin, it is one of the famous Minhong teas of Fujian Province. It is produced in the northern part of the province, where the small village of Bailin is located. Traditionally, it is made by hand, as are all Gong Fu teas. The raw material consists of young spring buds and leaves from so-called “white varietal” tea bushes.
